I love everything I shoot, but sometimes I think maybe I love being a food photographer the best. But then I get a client like Alpha Omega and their bottle design and packaging is so beautiful that it is a pure joy to shoot…it reminds me of why I started shooting bottles of wine to begin with. And there are many ways to shoot them, just look at my wine bottle photography gallery. But, at the end of the day, shooting bottle shots is what got me into the business, and it’s still the core of my business as well. Thankfully it never gets tiring! Below is my standard lighting for bottles like these, when I want just one soft highlight but still want the label fairly evenly exposed.
